Crime has been SKY-ROCKETING in California despite Democrats controlling our state for nearly three decades! Why?

First, we do NOT have a “tough-on-crime” mentality.

The corrupt politicians and the Democratic Party in the State of California is adding fuel, to the fire that is our rise in crime. In 2014, Proposition 47 was passed in an effort to reduce prison population, but how? By merely downgrading crimes that were previously felonies, to misdemeanors.

“As long as the total value of the stolen property is under $950, only a ghost of an offense has occurred. A thief may now steal something under that limit on a daily basis and it will never rise to felony status.”

Furthermore, in a PR attempt to reduce prison population, the Democratic Party’s answer was to simply reduce inmates and violent felons early!

Do you think Proposition 47 led to INCREASE crime, or DECREASE crime?

Do you think release 76,000 inmates and violent felons into our communities was a good idea?

It is blatantly obvious at this point the Democratic Party is in the business of creating problems so they can solve the problem.

Furthermore, the Democratic Party by and large turned their back on the police, and only recently, changing course.

We must equip and support law-enforcement in their duties to keep bad people off the street, not defund them.

It goes without saying that bad cops should be held accountable and should not blindly follow the orders of corrupt politicians, but to demonize the entire police force and the brave men and women who keep our streets safe as racist is a abhorrent which I fully reject.

As your Assembly member I will fight to keep criminals off our streets and I will support the decent men and women in our law enforcement communities who serve to keep the people safe.
